A little of Beachbody's got Tallent Show!

THIS IS A MUST WATCH! At Summit this year we held a little Beachbody's Got Talent show and these to STOLE the show! Dwana Olsen and her daughter Cienna sand "Let it Go." Dwana has been fighting depression since she very recently lost her baby boy Jantzen, and this song they sang was in honor of him and the healing process they are going through. It gave everyone chills and left no dry eye in the house! God used them in a mighty way this week and I ask that you please join me in continued prayer for this family and what they are going through

I had to capture this photo! I was quietly setting there on the plane thinking about this past week and just praying and thanking God for all he's done in my life. I have been in some very dark and defeated places in my past, but he's never left me there! I look up and see my helper, my wife Danielle pausing for a moment to gaze out over the Grand Canyon. It's truly MAJESTIC! Then I thought about how this perspective resembles God and our problems. Sometimes we see our problems like they're as MASSIVE as a the Grand Canyon, Impossible to cross or get through. But to God they're just a little crack in the road he can effortlessly carry us over. Those cracks or canyons are usually warning signs that we're off the path we should be on, that we need to learn how to avoid some of them in our life and God is calling you to look up for help because you won't make it across the big ones without him.

So sad to leave our team and biggest support at Summit but coming home to our little supporters is pretty sweet!

A very blessed, surreal and long week! I'm so glad I'm home with my kids and and even more determined than ever to be all I can for them! We had some HUGE name speakers like Darin Hardy and Diana Niyad that we all learned a lot from. Like what it take to reach my full potential, to take action, and and giving it everything I have. But one of my favorite highlights was from the first night at our team meeting and the video my friend Caleb made for our team and top coach Lindsay, and I'd like to share it with you. Here's what 10,000 people look like doing 21 Day Fix! When God gives you the tiny, seemingly insignificant opportunities to do something for someone else and you take them, you make a positive little ripple, he then trusts you with BIGGER ones, and that ripple becomes a sunami! Thanks Autumn!

After God and my family, Beachbody has been the biggest thing to come into my life. I've met some truly amazing and loving people who constantly continue to give of themselves to help others grow and be their best! Really glad to have gotten the opportunity to know Lindsay, and this guy Tony Stay! A great coach, friend, husband, father, and man of God. Not to mention, he really pushed me and kicked my butt in the squat rack today! #legday #BDSummit
