3 Day Refresh results

Pounds: -1.4 Inches: forgot to measure! Meal plan: very simple. Easy to follow. I was worried about being hungry because it's very little food. Actually, I thought I was hungry at times but it was my head talking NOT my stomach. I felt full and I was only hungry at exactly the times I was scheduled to eat. I went to the bathroom a lot! Not what you are thinking! Haha. THAT wasn't any more or different than normal. I just peed a lot...like every hour. Second day into it, I had a nice headache and had to take ibuprofen and lay down for a bit. Not sure if that was part of the Refresh or the lack of sleep my kids contributed to. May have been a combo of both. The whole time I did say, I was going to have a big ol' cheat meal on day four knowing I probably defeat the whole purpose. Even up until last night. I wanted FOOD, tired of drinking something with my meals. This morning I woke up knowing I could eat whatever if I wanted but I didn't care to anymore. I actually woke up and had my morning breakfast from the Refresh. We did go out for lunch today but I wanted a salad. Before the Refresh I was still messed up on my eating and sleep schedule since our trip a couple weeks ago. I was snacking more than usual and had more sweets than I care to admit and still sluggishly tired. Now, I don't have those crazy cravings and I'm feeling GREAT! More energized....well more REFRESHED!! Haha! Go figure. What I learned: It didn't kill me. It wasn't THAT bad. And I need to drink more water! Obviously, my body was retaining a lot of water because I wasn't drink near enough. I know that but after thinking about it, I haven't been lately. I wasn't thirsty so I wasn't drinking. Upping the water intake from now on! I will be doing this again if I need a kick back into gear, especially around holidays.
