I had a brilliant idea yesterday!?
You know how I'm always running Challenge groups for health and fitness, coach training, and free sneak peeks into coaching?
Well I LOVE helping people and over the past year my newsfeed has morphed into a very positive thing to come to and see each and every day! It didn't used to be that way!I've really been fortunate and able to surround myself with great people.
And this gave me the thought of sharing that kind of POSITIVE vibe with others who want it in their life, and in their Facebook!
I get asked quite often how I stay so positive when things aren't going well. Well I'm human, so I'm not impervious to having a bad day but I don't let it consume me anymore for a lot of reasons! And I want to help you shift your mindset into taking the same control over your life too.
In this group, I'll share some basic tips and tools (Yes there will be some faith based stuff also) that I've used and learned to overcome things that once crippled my mind and just flat out kept me from enjoying life.
Basically it will be 21 days to help YOU create a more positive outlook on your life!
