Why Diets are Designed to FAIL!?

**DEEP THOUGHTS WITH COACH ANDY How can we judge the course of our actions by our results, when it's results that come last? Most people look to their "actions" as a means for change but that's really not where we should look. We can look at past results to know what to change to get better, but again, that's not the full answer either! Take our health and fitness for example... Here's why ALL DIETS are doomed to fail! They focus on a temporary change of action to create a result, instead of focusing on the SOURCE of their actions and cultivating a LASTING REASON TO DO SO! Why did we choose to do what we're doing? If it's important enough to us, we'll make the change in our mindset. It's kinda like this...Nobody would run into a burning building just to do it, but if your child was in there you won't hesitate! I know that's a bit of a drastic comparison but you get my point. Your WHY just got a lot BIGGER than your HOW, didn't it!? Change happens as soon as our philosophy does, and action will follow suit! So in other words it's as simple as...DECIDE, COMMIT, & SUCCEED!
