FUN AND FREE!
We're doing something really different with our next challenge group and making this a NOVEMBER TO REMEMBER is where it starts!
First of all, IT'S FREE! and OPEN TO ANYONE! Maybe you're just a Shakeology drinker? Or maybe you've you've been in a past group and want another round? Or maybe you've got P90X, Piyo, Insanity, Body Beast, Turbo Fire, or another Beachbody program setting on the shelf collecting dust that you bought a while back and never finished? COOL! Dust that baby off and put it to work for you!
Secondly, it's going to have some TRIVIA! Health and fitness style! Aside from the support, motivation, and nutritional help, we'll have a daily trivia question where you'll seek out the answers in a scavenger hunt fashion on the internet and earn points each day for participation. The challenger with the most points at the end of the 21day group wins some SWEET Beachbody prizes! Not to mention you can enter into win your free T-shirt and cash prizes up to $250,000 from Team Beachbody for completing your program!
Thirdly, if don't have a program? That's totally fine! Just get moving. Or, send me a message and I'll help you find the RIGHT one that you'll enjoy doing, that fits YOUR goals, and YOUR fitness level.
